1- Right to access and use Speakol
Speakol grants users a limited right to access and use the website under the conditions set out in the TOU. Speakol’s title, ownership rights, as well as intellectual property rights and any of their derivatives or modifications, therefore, in whole or part, are reserved by Speakol. We also retain the right to modify or discontinue any of our features at any given time at our sole discretion. The TOU does not warrant users the right to any particular upgrades, updates, add-on patches, enhancements, or fixes for the website except what Speakol deems necessary at its sole discretion.
Users do not acquire any right, title, or interest in any content circulating on Speakol by virtue of accessing our website or using our services as clearly stated by the TOU. 4. Payment
Speakol accepts wire transfers and credit card payments via Visa and MasterCard, keeping in mind that the accepted currencies for payment are USD, EUR, and AED. The displayed price and currency on the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, while the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency. We also strongly recommend that cardholders retain copies of all transaction records and Speakol policies and rules. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with our website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. We will not provide our services to OFAC sanctioned countries.
Speakol also has a NO REFUND policy. Refunds will not be provided for any services. We do not offer credit, refunds, or prorated billing for services that are canceled. In such cases, customers will continue to have access to these services until the end of the billing cycle. Speakol reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts, or other considerations in particular circumstances as its sole discretion.
5. Limitations
Users and third parties will NOT be allowed any of the following:
A: Use Speakol to promote any material that contains the list below:
1- Adult content, including nudity, sexual terms and/or images of people engaged in positions or activities that are excessively suggestive or sexual
2- Obscene, defamatory, slanderous and/or unlawful content
3- Content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right
4- Any deceptive or fraudulent content
5- Inflammatory religious content
6- Political discourse that is infused and associated with hate, criminal and/or terrorist activities
7- Hate speech, whether directed at an individual or a group, and whether based upon race, disability, sex, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or the language of such individual or group.
B: Remove, hide, or change any copyright, trademark, hyperlink, or other proprietary rights notices contained on our website
C: Modify, adapt, disassemble, decompile, translate, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to expose the source code or structure, sequence, and organization of Speakol or any content contained therein
D:Use Speakol in any matter that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website, third-party websites, or applications on which Speakol’s services are available

Any action shall be brought exclusively to the courts located in the country of domicile, Dubai, UAE. You hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In no event shall any claim, action, or proceeding by you related in any way to Speakol be institute for more than one year after the cause of action arose. If any provision of the TOU (or part of such provision) is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court having competent jurisdiction, then that provision (or part of that provision) shall be deemed severable from the TOU and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions; that invalid or unenforceable (part of the) clause will be replaced by a valid and/or enforceable, as the case may be, (part of the) clause which is as close to the intention of the parties as possible.
